Well, I think that it’s only fair that I share my secret with you. After all, I am writing this column to tell you all about cosmetic products that work for me and, especially at my age, the product has to be better than just good- it has to be sensational!
The product that I want to share with you is manufactured by SMASHBOX and it is called Smashbox Halo Hydrating perfecting powder. Maybe some of you have tried it already? I bought mine at a SMASHBOX demo at waterfront branch of Woolworths some time ago and have been enjoying it ever since. The HALO is presented in a beautiful compact with a built in mirror and “shaver”. You simply twist the shaver and this generates enough powder for your personal use. The HALO is oil free, talc-free as well as paraben-free.
The package includes a small Kabuki Brush for flawless application.
It is important to prep the skin thoroughly before applying the HALO otherwise the powder will clump and flake. Once the correct face prep has been done only then can you apply the HALO using the brush provided. On application, the brush deposits the perfect amount of powder every time.
