My mum used to use this! There was a variety they had with a built in soap! This one however doesn't have one! Apply cleanser and a bit of water! Squeeze repeatedly to encourage the lather to spread and begin in slow soft gentle motions! I find it leaves skin much softer and fresher but i do find it a bit rough!
