Avon - Ultra glazewear absolute lipgloss - Nourishing nude and Creamy Coral

This is my new favourite lip gloss!

This lip gloss lasts longer than any other I've tried. The 'soft peach' colour that I received is perfect, and flattering to a wide range of skin tones.

My lips tend to be dry, but immediately after applying this lip gloss, my lips were soft and moisturised. I love that it doesn't leave a sticky feeling that makes your lips stick together. You almost forget you're wearing lip gloss!

I would definitely buy this again.

Lipgloss with an SPF of 15 that is not sticky and leaves your lips fealing moisturised. Tender Pink is the perfect shade for my complexion and it makes you feel like a million bucks! Avon's Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lipgloss has neat packaging, the applicator works wonderful and the results are amazing. The lipgloss is shiny and won't make your lips stick together. It moisturises whilst performing on shine-duty. Overall a lovely lipgloss that helps your lips stay moisturised and healthy. Well done to Avon!

This lip gloss is amazing!!! The colour I received is pure poppy. (See pic attached) Loved this pretty pink colour, it is a colour I would have chosen myself.

It has a great applicator and is so easy to apply. When applying the gloss to my lips, I loved how smooth they felt. This lip gloss is not sticky at all, and most of all I loved the shine.

I was really blown away but the quality of the two lipglosses I received. I liked the fact that they were just the right consistency and didn't feel two thick and leave my mouth feeling like I had just put glue on my lips. It had a beautiful Long lasting glaze shine just like its name. I loved the design for the applicator it mad it very convenient to apply even in a rush and you always get the perfect coating on your lips everytime. My favourite one out of the two was the heavenly honey shade which had a natural finish and worked perfectly for my complexion. I also received radiant red which was more for going out at night instead of my daily natural look during the day. I loved the durability of the lipgloss and it didn't need to be reapplied continuously. I also loved the honey smell of it and it smelt very natural and not like a foreign object on my lips. I absolutely loved the fact that I could just apply my lipgloss instead of lipstick as I tend to find lipstick chaps my lips. The pricing of this product is also very reasonable and Avon is having a special at the moment for R89.90 for a lipgloss and lipstick this month and it's a great offer. The lipgloss can be bought from any Avon consultant. I would definitely recommend this product to other ladies.

I was excited to receive my next batch of goodies to try. I received 2 colours - smooth berry and another pink colour (forgot the exact name)
1. the smell is really yummy
2. it goes on really smooth
3. it last quite long
4. only down side it that on my skin tone (medium brown) the pink and brown colours look the same

When I got the message that I was chosen to be part of this review club, I could hardly contain myself. I’ve developed a serious lip gloss fetish over the last couple of months and have managed to collect an impressive amount of lippies. These ones however are a step above the rest and here’s why:

Smell: they both smell absolutely amazing! I was tempted to lick off the stick as I plastered the gloss on my lips. Think pink candy, mixed with love and a sprinkle of joy – then you’ll get a vague idea of how amazing the smell is.

Texture: It’s not sticky at all, which is very unusual for me because the glosses I have, have a tendency to make your lips stick together, and I would like to know that I can still eat and drink after I’ve applied lip gloss. Note to self: use other lip gloss for effective weight loss.

Consistency: It has a lovely silky feel to it but isn’t runny or overly thick/clumpy.

Colour: I got two really natural looking colours – Nourishing Nude and Creamy Coral. If you’re wearing a colour stay lipstick and looking for a gloss that will give it that extra “wow” factor, I suggest using these lip glosses. They won’t influence the colour of the lipstick all that much but the difference they can make is amazing. Also, they don’t try too hard – you don’t want a gloss that is totally overwhelming and these lippies give you just enough colour to not look like a corpse.

Why should you use this gloss? As I mentioned on my video – the skin on your lips are totally different to the skin on the rest of your body:

1. They don’t have any sebaceous glands – these are glands that keep the skin moisturised. And because the skin doesn’t have these, they rely on mucus (that’s why we feel like we need to lick our lips) to be kept moisturised. But… that’s not very attractive.
