Avon Make Up

I received the Avon make and Lip gloss. I loved the purple colors and loved the lip gloss. I am not a big favorite of lip gloss, but I liked this lipgloss. I have been married for 30 years and in those 30 thirty years my husband has never complimented me on my make-up. So was I was very amazed that he noticed my make at 5:00 pm that afternoon he actually asked me if I was going out after working, and I turned round and told him that it was my make-up from that morning. Love the fact that the make-up stays on the whole day. I have always been a great fan of Avon, I have used their cleansing products, but never the make-up products. I am trully impressed

I reviewed the duo colour eye shadows. I usually go for natural colours as I have dark skin, but when I tried out the purples (crushed orchid duo), I received many compliments from work mates, friends and very unexpected...from guys I know! So ladies..if you want to get noticed- Crushed Orchid is the winner! The green from the Ocean Waves pallet I think didn't suit me so much, so I used the blue more and sort of blended it in together. The eyeshadows on the whole are very easy to apply and the brushes are excellent applicators.

The lipgloss is also surprisingly pliable (as it looks so thick in the tube) and is light and fresh for the Spring/Summer months. The bright colours spread on evenly and are pretty long lasting. My tip would be to line the lips with a lip liner and smudge it over the lips a bit and then apply the lip gloss over to deepen the colour a bit.
