Since Stila I've bought no other eyeliner but intermittently i buy this on special nk every colour that's available! Why? Cos it's affordable long lasting retractable stays in place and is high quality! Just hunting down an avon rep can at times be a hassle and Stila then became my fave brand save for the price! But this it it's equivalent in my books!
