I absolutely ADORE this product and its now the only eyeliner I use.
I bought it just to support a neighbour that sells Avon cosmetics and the best part was that it was at a really good price, it was on special for under R45.00 and I was in need of some black eyeliners.
This product applies easily and lasts the entire day WITHOUT smudging, it can be used on the top and the bottom lids and also as an eyebrow pencil.
I love this eyeliner and will recommend it to anyone.
