If you were to get stranded on a deserted island make sure you have this mask. For me, depending how I feel, I use it as a night cream, the whole night, a day cream, the whole day or apply as a mask. You don't really have to remove as it is light and the pure, neutral power of the Avene thermal spring water is absorbed into your skin.
