Aunt Jackie's has been my fav brand for a while now, especially while I was transitioning.
The curl's la la product gives my hair great definition and the smell is AMAZING!!! The only downfall is that I use so much of it that it does not last too long and would be great if a bigger jar was available.

The best thing for my curly wigs, and it smells oh so beautiful. I love how it will revive the curls of my wigs every single time. also, on my natural hair it is amazing, works nicely with my twist out styles. how ever it has a weird texture on my natural hair. but I love love love this.
My fav hair Aunt did it again. First things first, I have 4c hair so here it goes. Definitely moisturizes my hair and smells divine, might I add. In terms of creating curls when it comes to my hair, I wouldn't agree fully as there isn't that much of a difference.
Applied this on my 6 month old curly weave and the hair was never the same again. The curls bounced back and became bouncy and soft.It became as good as new.
Doesn't make the hair any heavier and saturated, the hair still feel incredibly light. Also minimizes frizz.I cannot wait to try it on how it is with my 4c natural hair

I love Aunt Jackie's curl la la product. I used it once and I must say I loved how my hair turned out. What is amazing is that it works for any hair type.
I've always been a naturalist since young age and apart from my DIY shea butter cream, this was the very first natural hair product i tried (as far as I can recall). I love the smell, it is not offensive and neither is it lightly scented. It's just alright. What i really don't like about this product is the fact that it doesn't give that shine and much moisture to your curls, it does not fully moisturize your hair. Curl definition isn't too bad but you need to use it with your coconut oil or olive oil to prevent dryness and bring glow to your curls. And curl patterns do not really last. I also hate the fact that it comes in small tubs, but anyways it's worth the price. When using it my hair sheds a lot compare to when I use other products.
THE PRODUCT LEFT MY HAIR FEELING SOFT AND MY CURLS WERE HYDRATED FOR A FEW DAYS .. IT SMELLLSSS AMAAAAAAAAZING , IT LEAVES HAIR FEELING FRESH AND NEW AFTER EVERY APPLICATION . DEFS A MUST HAVE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GROW BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY NATURAL HAIR .. EVEN WORKS TO HYDRATE AND CURL UP CURLY WEAVES TOO..
I love the entire Aunty Jackie brand but I find that it only works for me in summer. During the winter days I need products that are a little heavier to really seal in the moisture

I love using this curling custard because its non-greasy and it doesnt weigh my hair down. I have 3c type hair and I love the curl-definition that I get from this custard. And the fact that it smells amazing is an added bonus. You LITERALLY want to eat it,LOL.
I first started using this product when I first transitioned in 2017 and have been using it since. This product smells amazing! I usually use it with my other Aunt Jackie products after spritzing my 4b hair with water. Using it after spritzing your hair with water will definitely make it more effective. I would 100% recommended this product, it’s worth the money.
Aunt Jackie, what a favorite! When I still had my afro, i would use this product on my hair just to give my curls that extra kink and it definitely did it well! The scent of the curling custard is so amazing and so is the moisture it provides throughout the day. Aunt Jackie for the win!
It’s quite pricey for the amount of product you actually need to use; if your hair soaks in product instantly or you need a lot I wouldn’t recommend. As a person with curly hair myself I’ve used half the container in one go but for the purpose of defining your curls it does the job depending on your hair type as well. It is super moisturizing as well.
I was looking forward to trying out this product as people were raving about it but it did nothing to enhance my coils. It didn't work for me as a styler, and because I didn't want to throw it away, I decided to use it as a "leave in" and it was ok. I attempted a twist out with it and after taking forever to dry, there wasn't any definition and I ended up having to just make a puff. I didn't expect miracles with my type of hair but it was way too disappointing to even attempt another hairstyle.
First of all, this smells great and it is not an expensive product at all. I originally purchased this product with the intention of using it on wash day in combination with my leave-in conditioner. I realized it doesn't have a long lasting effect on my curls, after about a day it would be as though I don't really have much product on my hair and I would have to re-apply daily. I've since started using it to refresh my curls after wash day.
I expected much more curl definition out of this product. It smells lovely and is inexpensive but I did not get the desired result.
I feel the product has too much of a "slippery" feeling on my hair and it did not give my curls much definition.
I tried using it on a twist out & it also flopped so I'm now using it as a moisturizer on my hair because after all it does smell great and softens my hair
I'm a major fan of Aunt Jackies products but this one is truly not what I expected.
The first time I used this it was so amazing, it worked so well and defined my hair instantly. At the time I was transitioning so I was very impressed. However, after a very short while I noticed how dry my hair became. This product is way too fragrant and it's not like a natural fragrance. It made my hair crunchy and dull, I gave more than half my tub away to a friend with 4b hair. My hair is 3a/3b, fine and high porosity. I wouldn't use it again.

Lemme just off by saying that I didn't like the product first I tried it and i went back and I went back and bought it a second time. But Mamma didnt raise no quiter. Huhuh it left my hair feeling dry and brittle. And uh I had a huge fight with my hair and we hated each other. But it seemed to have worked fine on my mother's less dry hair. The price is good though. But uhuh it didn't do it for me
First of all I would like to say this product smells devine. As far as defining curls is concerned I wasn't too impressed. For the price I paid I was expecting , much more from the product. My twist out turned out exactly like it does without it, so i was quite disappointed.
Ummm you know, I love Aunty Jackies and I really wanted this ton work for me....I really wanted it to work for me. But....it didn't, I honestly don't think this is meant for 4c hair, I really think its not the one for 4c hair.
I have tried it and all it does is just moisturize my hair.....but NO! curl lala...there will be no curl on that 4c hair lala.
It didn’t do justice to my curls.Instead it left a white residue .I still have a bit of product left and I now use it as a nourishing treatment and conditioner for my curly hair .
