Please note if your fair skinned you want to use a muted down orange shade instead Step 4: Apply a lip balm stain in orange to keep the focus on your eyes Step 5: Apply a coral orange lipstick over your balm stain onto the centre of your lips creating a similar gradient of orange shades that we've done on the eyes. Step 6: Line your lips with a slightly darker shade of orange.
