YSL Top Secret Makeup Removing Balm

This is my review on the YSL Top Secret Makeup Removering Balm. I loved the fact that when you rub the balm in to your hands it becomes an oil, and it doesn't leave your skin feeling Greasy. Would definitely buy this as a splurge beauty product.
