This product does what it says it should - It helped removed discoloration on my teeth, caused by caffeine. Once discoloration was gone I didnt find it whitened my teeth much more.

My first impression of this toothpaste was wonderful. In approximately a week my teeth were two shades lighter however, I haven't it found as effective as the first 3 months.
