You cannot really go wrong with Vaseline for all your dry skin condition requirements. Smooths on easily and locks in moisture for a long time. Just not a fan of the greasy feel afterwards if you use too much or do not rub it in properly. Would also help if they could mask the chemical smell but easy to overlook due to the wonderful results.
