I love this product! I've been using it since I was 16! it leaves my hair soft, sleek and smooth without making my hair sticky or greesy. All you do is apply a pea sized amount to wet hair and work it into hair until hair feels slightly silky (How hair feels when it has conditioner in it) and style as normal
