Inglot Under makeup base

Silky Smooth texture leaves skin feeling soft and well prepped for make up. Can use of its own after moisturiser. Must have for every make up lover. Good Value for money as this little tube should last for about 50 or more uses and a little goes a long way.

This is probably the most effective under make-up base I have used. It glides on smoothly and it feels like velvet. You should wait approximately 4minutes before you apply your foundation but is well worth the wait. Excellent product!

The pros:
• Paraben free
• Not tested on animals
• Mattifies complexion AND provides sun protection to prevent moisture loss
• Contains black pearl extract that makes skin visibly smoother and clearer
• Cheaper than Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Foundation Primer (R 315 vs R 395)
• Spreads easily – a little of the product goes a long way

The cons:
• Takes long to dry and can make foundation streaky if you’re impatient
• No short cuts in cleansing beforehand or you WILL have a shiny T-zone
• Only suitable for those with truly dry skins rather than combination skin

I love how soft and smooth my skin looks and feels after applying this gel-like primer. It spreads easily and has a soothing effect on the skin + makeup stays on all day. Yes, its a bit pricey selling @R299 per tube, but it's worth every cent!

I received this as a gift, i never thought of using it until i barely had any face cream left, so i tried it.
I am now hooked, you use the smallest amount and it will cover your entire face.
Your make up will last way longer and it helps spread your foundation too.

This has become a must in my daily routine.

Inglot's Under Makeup Base is fantastic! It is thicker in texture than MAC and may feel a bit thick on certain skin's but it is a GREAT addition to any makeup junkie or makeup artist's kit. It smoothes out the skin's texture and leaves a wonderfully, silky veil upon the face thus foundation glides ever so seamlessly on to the skin thereafter. I has a combination to oily skin and i've used it on myself as well as clients and it truly leaves the skin matte and shine free, excellent investment.

I used to use smashboxes product that does the same thing - apply under your foundation for a smoother finish that also helps the make-up to sit better on the skin and it feels so much nicer.
This is soooo similar to smashbox ( I am a huge fan of thiers ) but this one is cheaper.

This product makes my skin feel soft and smooth!
