I have very fine hair curly which lacks volume. I wash my hair everyday, yes i know its not good for you but its a habit i cant break. TRESemme shampoo and conditioner works very well for my hair and I have tried but I cant use anything else. It gives me moisture without weighing down my hair. I use the heat defense spray religiously to protect my hair from heat damage and 2 to 3 times a week I deep condition and that keeps my hair soft and silky smooth.
