I have been using Top Shine Nail Polish for as long as im using nailpolish... thats from high school when i was on a budget and colored nails mattered more than the quality of the nail polish... but you will be surprised at the quality of these affordable nail polishes as well as the richness of the color....
they are long lasting and do not chip and break easily as you would assume...
till today i use the top shine products together with others,..
also i love the shine.... its called Top shine for a reason
i totally recommend for bargain beauties out there

I have tried a bunch of these top shine nail polishes when I was younger and really it's utter rubbish it chips after minutes of appyling it.
Not a good experience at all.
But extremely cheap I guess you definitely do get what you pay for with these nail polishes.

If you find yourself browsing through a flea market or at a China Mall and you spot these nail polishes- buy them!
The quality will surprise you, they are long lasting and I personally have not experienced any chipping. It applies well and does not thicken easily. I have tried the metallic and shimmer colours and have been pleased with the product. The price is great, I bought mine for R12 a bottle!
