Tom Ford Lip Colour

Tom Ford Beauty is a coveted beauty brand.

I recently got the leeway to splurge a bit and the temptation of the glossy black cube with Gold finishing was just far too much to resist. I usually splurge on fragrances but of late luxe beauty products have become an addiction.

I fully believe in understanding your product and the effects that they have on your skin but I've become a curator for amazingly beautiful things.

Tom Ford's brand is synonymous with anything and everything sexy, from the Kim K strappy sandal to Jay Z need not to "pop molly" but just needs to rock Tom Ford to get the confidence he needs.

Tom Ford Beauty will give you all the confidence and more, I personally love this brand because of the quality and the luxe art decor aesthetic of the packaging.

I was looking for a lip colour that was moisturising but still gave a lot of payoff in terms of pigment and colour and after alot of intense ( read fun) research, I thought i would try out the Tom Ford Lip Colour Shine.

those are the names of some of my favourite shades, but Quiver made me do just that to the point where I decided to take it home.

Quiver is mauvey pink with a slight golden, bronzy shimmer and a luxurious luminous finish. I was really impressed with the amount of moisture it brought to my lips it was like using the La Mer balm with an amazing pigment. It hydrates and gives amazing lip colour with a shine.

Any concerns I had with the Tom ford range not suiting my skin tone was thrown out the door due to the fact that a lot of the beauty range has a lot of warm undertones and it brings you one stepped closer to be a Tom Ford Bronzed Goddess. It lasts a long time and it's amazing in terms of pay off its definitely worth the $55 dollars I paid.

The Tom Ford lip colour in Violet Fatale is out-of-this-world luxurious!!!
Its what lip heaven feels like and has the staying power of a kid clinging onto candy. It is very steeply priced especially for a lipstick so I was over ecstatic that my Family abroad often spoil us.

The lipstick canister is the epitome of elegance, can a man do any better? It comes packaged in an all black box with minimal gold writing. The canister is black with mirror-gold edges and accents. The top of the canister lid as well as the lipstick bullet has the initials TF etched in. Very classy and sophisticated if you ask me.

This is a lipstick to be seen with, be envied for owning and getting dirty looks at when applying(ps. this is best achieved at 1.a social event 2.at work amongst your female peers and 3.at a family function,next to always meticulous and trend informed aunt;)) The texture is delish! It's soft without being mushy and its super creamy and moisturizing.

The tip has TF etched in which is both attractive and noticeable from any angle. The formula goes on smoothly and without hassle It leaves a mouth full of colour in just 1 application. No need to bother yourself with a lip-brush as for high impact colour just use straight from the bullet.

If you have the money, it is indeed a brilliant buy and should be considered as a monthly investment. Its good quality and the height of luxury. I will be using mine rather sparingly and will become very alert to my make-up box and anyone trying to score even the quickest of swipes. I mean at R495 I need to keep this Invesment as tied up as possible.

Well, that all might be easier said then done as come on, which lady wouldnt want some Tom Ford on her lips all Autumn/Winter long..Sighhh..
