L'Oreal Professionnel Thermo Cell Repair is a heat-activated cream which helps to repair and protect hair's fibre, before the use of heat styling tools. The special formula contains Amidocell, a combination of strengthening Incell and disciplining starch. It leaves hair feeling repaired, supple and easy to style with a lasting effect - even after 5 shampoos.

I frequently use a GHD to style my hair so naturally the thought of a HOT styling tool on my fragile hair just freaked me out! A hairdresser friend told me that she often used this product instead of GHD products so I decided to give it a try. I apply it (a blob the size of a 5c piece) to my hair after I have washed and towel dried it (normally in the evenings) and then I use my GHD the next day. The product absorbs easily into the hair and does not make my hair look greasy at all (I have used the Hannon Heat Protector spray which made my hair look like I hadn't washed it for 5 days...YUK!)
This product also made my hair remarkably shiny and less knotty and it has definitely strengthened my fine hair. Styling my hair with this product has been FANTASTIC!
The product retails for about R230 (depends where you get it). I bought this product in January and I still have half a bottle left and I use it every 2nd day!
I am completely WOWed by this product and will definitely buy it again...in about 5 or 6 months time! *Score!*
