I give this a ten out of ten for price, quality and effectiveness as I really am not a fan of bright lipsticks or shiny lip gloss. This is something in between as a treat for my lips and I like that this glides on easily and smoothly. It does not leave a waxy residue on lips and adds a sheer tint which I prefer compared to very bold colours.
