This product gives a nice youthful glow to the under eye area. It is also a great base for applying concealer over top as it remains a little tacky and concealer adheres nicely to it.
It is not drying at all, in fact it hydrates nicely throughout the day. It is not glittery and it is not very pigmented.
Therefore you should be aware of the fact that this product will never cover your dark circles.
I would say that the light reflecting properties and the hydrating formula is meant to improve the look of fine lines.
