Neptune is a beautiful deep blue with a silver shimmer fleck in it. This blue is gorgeous but pretty hard to get a good photo with. Those little flecks really show up in the sun or in light and turns this blue into something else. It’s beautiful. This was also tricky on removal. The little flecks are prone to go everywhere (almost like a glitter would) but I rubbed away from my skin and had a good hand wash after removal and it was fine.
