When your work day starts at 8am it's tricky to get a workout in first thing in the morning; because of this I usually work out in the evening and this roll on lasts from the morning all the way to 6pm at night.
Once you're in the gym this product really gets to show off. There's no lingering scent mixed with sweat, you smell as fresh as when you applied it that morning. I was concerned about the fact that I wasn't sweating as much in the gym and thought my workouts had lost their potency, but it was actually this product saving me from sweat marks and embarrassing smells.
