To understand my review one needs to understand my lifestyle. I shower at night and put on my Shield MotionSense (the roll on), I go to bed and when I wake up its a mad rush to get kids fed, dressed, lunch packed,& to school. I park once, drop daughter at school, walk to gym, do weights and cardio (sometimes SWEAT1000!!!). I then have a coffee (& healthy snack) and walk straight to work, until school collect time. I only generally get to shower early evening again, so I need a deo that WORKS!! I can highly recommend you #MovewithShield I love it and it works for my lifestyle
