Rimmel London ScandalEyes Retro Glam Mascara will give you a bold, wide-eyed falsh lash look, reminiscent of the 1960s.
The hour-glass shaped brush plumps lashes, fanning them up and out for bold, wide-eyed volume. It also coats lashes individually for a big, false lash look in one simple stroke.

Full thick and long eyelashes are something I’ve been craving for a long time. Wearing fake eyelashes is not an option for me, so I was very excited to try the Rimmel Scandal Eyes Retro Glam mascara which promises to give a false lash look.
The packaging is a cool monochrome black and white and the tube is quite thick. The thickness makes it easy to grip and control during application.
When I opened the mascara, the brush was thick and had very fine bristles. This, to me, means it promises to coat each individual lash to help each of them double in size.
I was surprised by how dry the mascara looked as not a lot of product got onto the mascara…..well, it did, but it not look like it.
When I applied it to my eyelashes, I was happy with how I could feel each lash being combed and I could see the instant extension and volume. A couple of more coats and voila! Guess who has retro glam lashes??!!
There was no clumping and the mascara dried almost immediately.
I almost have nothing negative to say about this Rimmel Scandal Eyes Retro Glam Mascara. Some people may consider how dry it is a negative, but I like it because it means it’ll be less messy and will dry quicker.
Also, the dryness means not much of the mascara will have to be scrapped on the sides of the tube and potentially mess the tube.
