This is now part of my permanent make up collection. It is just shy of being my number one black eyeliner because it irritates my eyes if i apply it on my waterline :( but it is still a great eyeliner. It is quite soft for a waterproof liner which makes it a dream to apply, but it is still quite long lasting. I think the price is incredible for the quality of this product which is why I am only too eager to repurchase!
