My new favourite! This eyeliner stays put, the black (Noir) which is one I use is just awesome, no hot weather can beat it, I do not have to reapply during day, actually it only comes off when I use my eye make-up remover so I think this eyeliner is little dynamite, easy to carry in little purse and is a very sleek pencil which feels good and solid when you hold it to apply it, the tip does not harden and glides on easy!
