Step 1: primer smoothens lids, creating the perfect canvas.
Step 2: highly pigmented shadows, uniquely designed for easy eye placement, can be used wet or dry to create varying color intensities.

Application:
There are two dual-ended sponge applicators included. The applicator is designed to hold wet/dry use. You can also use your own eye shadow brush.
