Bloom Eye Crayon is a chubby, soft, creamy eyeliner which goes on smooth and easily. It's long-wearing and waterproof so it lasts all day without budging. It can be used to line eyes or even as an eye shadow because its so easy to blend. The rich pigment keeps the colour looking rich and bright. The crayon is rectractable and comes with a built-in brush to smudge it with to create the perfect smoky eye.

I loved this product it's so easy to use! The brush helps to blend the liner into your lashline making it look darker and thicker. You can use it to line your eyes, create a cat eye or the perfect smoky eye by using the brush to blend.
