This works like a bomb (almost literally). you can somewhat feel the burning sensation as it eats away at the pimple which I use it for most to get rid of. it works every time :)

Although this works rapidly to clear a blemish you have to be careful not to spread it on healthy skin or it leaves burn marks. A great product that works as intended and isn;t too pricey either.
