The Brightening Micellar water is a 3 in 1 and can also be used as a makeup remover. It cleanses and brightens your skin and you don't have to rinse it of. The liquid dries quickly on your skin as well. I wear makeup on a daily basis and thanks to my Ponds Brightening Micellar water, removing my makeup isn't a hassle anymore, I don't have to use facial wipes, and wash my face anymore.The Brightening Micellar water has made it faster, convinient and faster to remove my makeup.
