After two failed attempts, finally nailed this today! (Pardon the pun). I still need to perfect it though. It requires time and patience- but its so much fun once you see the effect! And allows for so much creativity. My nail polish was really light so the effect can be seen but doesn't pop as much. Maybe I'll apply white nail polish first, next time.
