Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E intensely hydrated my skin. The butter melts into the skin and locks in moisture. It left my skin feeling smooth and soft, It worked best for me as a night time moisturiser as it was too heavy for day time. It softened and relived my dry skin (knees & elbows). However, I did not notice any dramatic changes in the fading of dark marks and smoothing of scars. Maybe with prolonged use, I will notice the improvements.
