I picked this up when I purchased my first brow pencil which was also by Palladio. I liked the fact that it was clear as I was new to the brow world then and didn't want to go too dramatic before I actually knew what I was doing .
This brow gel worked wonders for me and still does it sets brows in place easily and keeps them looking well shaped and in place all day long .
It has a a small comb and brush on the opposite end to sweep hairs in place .
You can use this on its own or if you want to shape your brows with a brow definer or pencil you can use this over it as a finishing product to set everything in place .
I have never tried it as a mascara as I just considered it to be a brow gel but will try out its alternate features .
