I am an avid swimmer,so I train at least 3 times a week. Due to this my hair get ps dry and brittle due to chlorine. My hair is also very thick and tangled easily. After just one wash using these two, my hair was healthier,shinier and easier to manage! My hair is so silky my swim cap often slips off and when it does the whole pool can smell my shampoo. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and am super happy with this product.
