This product took about 4 weeks to start showing any visible effects. I started to notice that my skin looked more toned on my tummy and when I measured I saw that I had lost about 1cm around my waist. I also notice smoother and firmer skin on my thighs and butt. This is a great product to help get that bikini ready, hot bod!
