The Hydro Boost moisturizer by Neutrogena was formulated in order to boost skin hydration without giving the skin a shiny look.
What I LOVE about the Moisturizer is that it has SPF25 but does not clog pores (I have acne-prone skin). The moisturizer also feels cool on the skin and is not greasy. Initially, I thought that my skin would break out, but Nope!
I did not experience any adverse reactions to the the Hydro Boost Moisturizer and my skin feels absolutely replenished.
