My holy grail face wash is my Cetaphil gentle facial cleanser which I used for years (with over 5 repurchases of it) and then my brother decided to buy this new facial cleanser to try out.

Since december time is approaching and I knew I would hardly be wearing makeup during this hot summer time, I've been watching my diet (less sugar intake and junk food) and taking really good care of my skin to clear out light pre-exisiting scarring (NO PIMPLES !) that were present on my face.

The neutrogena deep clean facial cleanser is for normal to oily skin.

I had noticed my complexion was very dull and with the claims of the product, I decided to try it out . I used it once before bed and woke up horrified at what I saw in the mirror. My face had nasty white-headed rash pimples all over my cheeks, chin, temples, forehead and side of my nose. The skin was red, irritated and absolutely dry. I couldn't even smile without worrying that my face was going to crack.

This facial cleanser completely removed all the moisture from my face and left patches of skin flaking at random parts. I had to go see a Dermatologist who prescribed me creams to dry out the pimples , moisutrising creams and antibiotics to help clear the skin.

Days later, I am left with the aftermath of dark scarring wherever the pimples were.

I would not buy this product nor suggest anyone purchase it. I'm truly disappointed at what happened as well as how unhelpful the customer care was.
