I have always used Maybelline Mascara as its one of the few ranges I never get eye irritation from.I have been using the Define-a-lash but often cant find a non waterproof so this time I decided to try the Colassal Volume Cat eyes and I am very disappointed. Yes the brush is great due to its shape but I find that it does very little for lash definition or length and seem to find I'm applying 2 -3 coats to get that desired effect and due to the shape I often find ity lands on my lid as I do not have extremely long lashes. As for the cat eye effect well I have to be honest I don't think it gives that look at all in fact a few people have commented that my eyes are looking a bit awkward in shape lately and they seem to have an appearance of being overly wide as though Im in shock. The upside of this mascara is the consistency and does not clump lashes even after 3 coats. I definitely will not purchase this again and will stick to my Define a Lash.
