I'd read a lot of reviews about this primer not being as great as people expected it to be, but I was presently surprised at how effective it was! It's smooth, and lightweight & perfect for under and over makeup. If you're just getting into makeup, it's a perfect purchase. It's not oily at all, and my foundation lasted 2 hours longer than it usually does!
