It is like a liquid perls liquid - very strange consistency, but it works very well for redness (it is designed to soothe the skin after the first step in Microdermabrasion), but since my skin is prone to redness, it worked like a charm every time. Really needs only few minutes to get in to the skin and after that I put my makeup as usual on top.
