This was the first ever high end foundation I had ever purchased and I over it. The service at the Canal Walk counter in the Foschini store was amazing. The girl that was helping me, asked about my skin type and double checked to make sure I had combination skin. She then applied this foundation to half of my face and another on the other half. I was stunned by the way my skin looked with this foundation. It covered spots on my face completely. No need for a concealer. Obviously it did not cover everything but it covered some areas. This means you end up using less concealer in the first place. I also loved the matte look of this foundation. I hate it when my face shines or looks oily once I have applied foundation.
This foundation lasts all day and because it has a matte effect, I find that I don't need a setting powder.
Sometimes though, I do find that this foundation clings to dry patches. But once I used a hydrating primer underneath this, that disappears.
