It has two steps: 1.An ultra-nourishing base coat infused with Ceramide-R and D-panthenol to protect and strengthen the lashes. This must be used as a base to apply the tubes. 2.The ultra-lengthening tube top coat that sets to form the tubes. The tubes will stay put all day without clumping, flaking or smudging. L'Oreal mascara ranks right up there with my favourite brands, but this one impressed me to no end.
It is a two-step application, with a nourishing primer as a first step to crete the perfect base for tube application. The second step is the top coat, which applies smoothly and easily onto the primer.
Application is simple and the result is clump-free, leaving you with luscious, voluminous lashes. It provides long-wear hold, doesn't smudge, run or flake no matter how long the day becomes. It is removed easily and completely by wiping gently with cotton wool and warm water, or simply in the shower.

Had to get it! But was weary as similar types of mascara we lumpy and clumpy.
I was really impressed. It was easy with no lumps or clumps. And it lasts. Also really easy to remove with no black streaks afterwards. Really enhanced my lashed too, people kept asking if i was wearing false lashes! Lol!
