This hand wash works but it leaves a very strong and unpleasant smell, for people who have sinus problems or generally don't appreciate strong fragrance it's not the Best Buy. On the plus side besides being very affordable, you would need an air freshener in the bathroom because after you wash your hands the smell of Lifebuoy will linger.
