Lee Stafford - Dry Shampoo

I decided to purchase this dry shampoo as it was so much cheaper then Batiste, in fact I bought 3 bottles that came to the same price of 1 small bottle of Batiste dry shampoo. And I am a fan of other Lee Stafford Products.
Unfortunately I regretted that decision as soon as I tried it out.
I saw barely any difference to my roots at all and I didnt like the smell (it smells a bit like herbs or dried flowers of some sort).
On the plus side it didn't leave a powder residue in my hair.
It may have prolonged my hair wash by a few hours but thats about it.

Im a huge batiste fan cos that works unbelievably well! Ive used tresemme dry shampoo too and not been pleased with the results! This product for for me ties in with batiste! It works perfectly as my hair is both colouredand highlighted! Spray on! Ruffle fingers through hair to diffuse the product and clean fresh smelling hair is once again yours! I use this mostly if ive had my hair done for a function and need my hair to get me through at least two days without a rewash! Our weddings usually with prenups extend over a complete weekend and thats where this product for me is a lifesaver as i am usually a wash every second day kinda girl! Think of it as your rainy day saver! All of us needs one of these!

I am not a great fan of dry shampoos as I believe nothing beats actual shampooing. I thought this product would be great for the days I want to prolong my blow dry, and when I go to the gym almost daily. The directions are to spray from 16cm onto the root are that needs revitalising, Then vigorously rub away the powder with your fingers… Otherwise you will be haunted by the white residue.

I am still not sold on dry shampoos and I do not think I will ever be. I would rather co-wash my hair than dry shampoo.

This is for all my beauty bulletin ladies who have the problem with dry shampoo's which turn your hair white. Well now there's a solution for us! I saw this on the shelves of the Ballito Clicks, and before I knew it, the dry shampoo was in my shopping basket. I was absolutely excited to try this product out.

Dry shampoo is perfect for those days where you're stuck for a hair wash, or your hair needs that quick refresh. This dry shampoo has brown powder which settles on hair once you've sprayed it, then all hair needs is a quick massage and brush off the product.

I've noticed that with this dry shampoo my hair has much more volume and my hair doesn't look dull like it does when using any other dry shampoo. The best part is that hair smells and feels more refreshed. I would recommend you try this product out because its simply amazing and makes hair feel so fresh with no residue visible.

Normally Lee Stafford products work like magic, I really wasn't impressed with this one. It removed a little bit of the oil from my hair, but left a nasty white look on my hair, what made it worse was that after around an hour my hair looked dull and lifeless. Unfortunately this product let me down.

I was so disappointed with this product. I have always avoided dry shampoos because I didn't think they worked and this just proved me right. After I used it my hair looked even more dirty than before. I wouldn't recommend it

I tried this as well, I thought it would be a good substitute from needing to wash my hair often when I was on holiday and got this stuff. Boy was I surprised at how awful my hair looked, I didnt expect it to make my hair look freshly washed but it had a powder residue that no matter how much I brushed it wouldnt come out completely , my hair looked cleaner before using it than after.

So far I think dry shampoos are a gimmick I'd rather just wash my hair put in some leave in conditioner and walk out the door on the days I dont feel like drying and styling.

I'm particularly not a fan of Dry Shampoo's. In fact, I quite hate them. I have thin hair which tends to get oily often. So I looked to this to prevent me from washing my hair every day. It only works if your hair is not actually oily. But if it is greasy, then it will not work. All it does is leave the powder in your hair.

I have tried other dry shampoo's much having the same results as this. This is the better quality though and the fragrance is great.

This is the worst dry shampoo I ever tried. No matter how much I brush I cant get rid of all the white residue from the product plus my hair feels dirtier. Yucky!!!

I got it in my Ruby box, i am so glad i got to try it before actually paying for it. Batiste is still the best. I must agree that baby powder is a better and more affordable option than this.

This was the first time I've ever tried a dry shampoo and i must say i was disappointed. There was, and still is, a lot of hype over this product. I didn't notice much change in the volume of my hair when using it and, to be honest, you could get the same results by using baby powder. And Ladies...Don't even think about wearing black because you constantly have to worry about white patches appearing all over your outfit that looks like dandruff. I used the advised amount and i still had power fallout. I'm glad i tried it but i'll stick to my normal, liquid, shampoo.
