So the blue one I love. Applied to the upper lashes and then I use a finger to smudge it. Makes creating a smokey eye very easy for everyone to achieve. Gives a satiny finish and glides onto lashes like a hot knife through butter. Please apply and smudge immediately as once it sets its not going anywhere until you remove it. Also Black|Up smokey eye Kohl is waterproof and that is a plus for me.
