I tried and tested LCN’s Permanent Lipliner Pen in Chocolat. The colour was a reddish brown shade making it perfect for those dark red to brown coloured lipsticks.
What really stood out for me with this product was the fact that it lasted so long. This was due to the high degree of water resistance for up to 24 hours. Also, it glided on so easily and was easy to apply because of its fine, flexible tip, unlike with a lip pencil that can become a bit messy and a challenge to contour the lips properly. This lipliner will leave your lips feeling soft and moisturised because of the added vitamin E and camomile.
I was very satisfied with this lipliner. It defined my lips perfectly and made my lipstick pop. I would recommend this cosmetic to anyone that loves dark shades of lipstick and is looking for a lipliner to make their lipstick look more defined and intense.
