LCN claims that Double Eyebrow Pencil, Define & Fix is designed to perfectly enhance your eyebrows. It creates a perfect shape and fixes it. It has three special tools to do this. First the integrated brush is used to brush the eyebrows upwards and into shape.
When the perfect shape is defined, the contours are traced with a light brown liner and small corrections are made.
Finally the eyebrows are fixed with a transparent gloss. According to LCN your eyebrows appear very natural after the application of Double Eyebrow Pencil , Define & Fix and thus putting the finishing touch to the perfect eye make-up.
I have two serious grips with this eyeliner.
One being that it's somewhat glittery. I prefer a matte finish to brows. In order for them to look natural and frame the face without interfering with my eyeshadow application.
Number Two I feel it takes way to long to apply and "fix" my brows.
The pencil swatches very sheer to the point that it will literally take you 10 to 15 mins to perfect your eyebrows because you'll have to build layer upon layer.
I adore the concept of applying your eyebrow pencil and then having a built in gel formula that actually sets your "work". 10 out of 10 for the idea but unfortunately overall I'm settling on a 2 out of 5 on performance.
