This tonic is ideal to apply before putting on ake-up. It will absorb the excess oils that would lead to breakouts. It is long lasting and your skins feels fresh and oil free all day long. Application: - Shake the tonic as to activate and mix the product. -Moisten a cotton pad with the tonic -Dab the cotton pad onto the face and neck area by gently pressing onto the face.

I found this toner to be too harsh for my "combination towards oily" skin. It was so astringent that my skin started peeling and I had to donate it to hubby who has more oily skin. Interestingly though the Oil absorbing lotion worked wonders for me and is my go to La Mer moisturiser for summer. Go figure!

I have oily skin and in summer and humid weather it gets a lot worst. I am quite happy with this tonic, it drastically removes the oil from my skin and it lasts a whole day.
Its really great because you do not need to constantly add powder or reapply your make-up as the tonic keeps my skins oil balance through out the day.
