The Justine toning lotion is a must have for every lady, even men too. Sometimes the cleansers and soaps we use, do not completely remove all the dirt and impurities that are clogged up in in our pores. That is why one needs an effective toning lotion such as Justine, which leaves your face and neck feeling fresh,smooth/supple and looking clean. It just doesn't look clean, the skin becomes really clean. It also helps to control shine, this is a plus for me because my face tends to be oily at times. It's great for normal and combination skin.
