I have been using this product for years. Its mild enough for everyday use. It cleans and nourishes your hair. I don't think the detangling aspect really works, but otherwise its great. It is really convenient in that it shampoos and conditions in one. This product creates a lot of foam and is easily rinsed off. It doesn't have a yummy smell, but your hair does smell clean and fresh after blow drying.
